Refund policy

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@byale.co.uk with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We do not offer refunds for orders delayed due to courier issues outside our control.
